  • For deliveries handled by our staff, delivery time may vary depending on order volume and distance.

Product Handling

  • All products are freshly prepared upon order, as they are perishable food and beverages.

  • Customers are advised to consume the products immediately upon receipt or within an appropriate time based on the product type.

Loss or Damage During Delivery

  • If delivered by Solcoffee staff:
    Customers must report any issues within 1 hour of receiving the order, along with photos as evidence for review.

  • If delivered via third-party platforms:
    We will assist with initial coordination; however, claims for loss or damage must follow the policies of each delivery platform. Customers may be advised to contact the delivery provider directly.
