The SOL brand started in 2020 as a homemade croissant shop called SOL Croissant in the Town in Town neighborhood. We have found that… “Ordinary things can be valuable. When we set our minds to make it good enough.”

SOL Coffee's Journey

In 2022, we expanded from pastries to coffee, opening the first SOL Coffee branch in front of Ocean Tower 2 in Asoke. We want this café to be more than just a place to buy drinks, but a “resting place” for city dwellers looking for consistency. Sincerity and familiarity. We believe that a good experience doesn’t have to be complicated. Just put your intention into it — from the first glass to the smile before you leave.

Meaningful Names

In addition to SOL being a name that means a lot to the founders of the brand. It also means “sun” — a warm and bright energy every day. We hope that SOL Coffee will be the “essential glass for your morning” and one of the ordinary things that make your day…
