SOL Coffee Application

This document sets forth the rights, duties, and terms of use for the SOL Coffee application (“Application”).
By accessing or registering to use the Application, users (“Users”) are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the following terms and conditions.


1. Use of the Application

  • The Application is designed to allow users to conveniently view menus, place orders, receive special offers, and collect reward points from SOL Coffee.

  • Users must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the user’s negligence.


2. Orders and Payments

  • Users can place orders through the Application, and the prices shown include value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, electronic wallets, or other payment methods specified by the Company.

  • Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of incorrect or undelivered products.


3. Membership and Privileges

  • The accumulation of points, rewards, or promotional coupons is subject to the terms and conditions announced by the Company from time to time.
  • Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash and may expire if not used within the specified period.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any promotions without prior notice.


4. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company does not guarantee that the Application will operate continuously, be error-free, or remain free from technical interruptions.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Application or from unauthorized access to user data.

  • Product images and prices displayed in the Application may differ slightly from the actual products.


5. Personal Data Protection

  • The Company will collect, use, and disclose users’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data as provided under applicable personal data protection laws.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, content, and software within the Application are the property of SOL Coffee.
  • Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the content is prohibited without prior written permission from the Company.


7. Amendments to the Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will take effect immediately upon being announced in the Application, and users are responsible for regularly reviewing updates.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
  • In the event of any dispute, users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
